I want to share with you some quick recipes that are also nutritious that you may have not realized can be cooked in the air fryer. The great thing about an air fryer is that you can achieve a crunchy result without shallow or deep frying in extra fat.
New appliances can sometimes only be used for one purpose, for example a rice cooker, but you can cook everything from a full breakfast to grilled cheese for lunch (and the bread for the sandwich), fajitas for dinner followed by an Apple Crisp for dessert. A fantastic appliance that saves you time in the kitchen and unhealthy fats in your diet.
Remembering that an air fryer has the same cooking ability as a regular oven but it is compact and heats up quicker. No fats are required to cook most of these dishes except for maybe a quick spray of oil to prevent sticking but that’s it and one of the biggest appeals of cooking food in an air fryer.
Air fryers are a useful appliance to cook food with less fat and in a quicker time. They aren’t just for making fries. You can make boiled eggs, bacon and eggs or hash browns for breakfast. Grilled sandwiches and grilled chicken for salads can be fried in a hurry. The options are endless for dinner for preparing protein or both protein and vegetables. Sweet desserts, sides and even bread can all be made in the air fryer. I hope you try some of these fantastic recipes.
