@BigToneMMA @ATTCares We were paying $360 dollars per month just for 4 lines with unlimited data. We switched to Cricket for the EXACT same service (4 lines unlimited) and we now pay only $100 dollars a month. True story. And we actually get better service now with Cricket. **** AT&T. #SurvivingATT

@ATT is a horrible company I do not recommend them. I paid my bill and they are still tryna charge me again saying I didn’t pay it.... I have bank transactions to prove it.

I could get through the #holidays, #pandemic, and whatever else 2020 tosses at me IF I can get just get internet back @ATT @ATTHelp! One month without, is just insane! Each time I get a different reason it's out. 80+ residents without HOME PHONE or Internet service.

I talked to the nicest customer service representative at @ATT for her to confirm that yes, I've been overpaying on a dinosaur wireless plan for a very long time. I'm so disappointed that I had to let her go so I didn't take it out on her. She was so nice. #Cancel

@ATTHelp Except for canned answers , requests to ‘ sign in’, offers to send a tech to my place, what do you suggest you can do to really help ? It is a massive outage. Do you have any relevant info to share ?

@ATTHelp it is the third week that my building has no Internet because of a cut line by a worker in a street .... allegedly. No ticket open. No answers. No timing. This is awful service. Am ready to switch to another carrier.

@ATT y’all definitely suck...everyday for the past 5 days I’ve had to wait on hold over 2 hours and I still haven’t spoken to anybody. The service is horrible and so is the customer service
