"Ivy is massively skilled, talented and effective! She captures and articulates experience and expertise in ways that are unattainable for her customers. Her distillation and characterization of my background was startlingly clear and concentrated and I am EXTREMELY happy with the results!" #ResumeWriting #JobSearch #Hiring

Dear men: Please stop calling women "dear, darling, honey, sweetie" at work and on LinkedIn.Unprofessional labels have no place in the workplace.Addressing women with terms of endearment in professional settings undermines them and hinders progress towards workplace equality. Labels like "dear," "darling," "honey," and "sweetie" are diminutive and don't belong in an environment where respect and opportunities should be evenly distributed among all genders. When a colleague or prospect calls me "honey" while discussing a project, it shifts focus away from my capabilities and onto my gender. Not only is it offensive, but it also reinforces gender bias by dismissing my authority. Even small verbal slights build up over time, contributing to more significant issues around compensation, promotions, and influence for women. So, I ask men to reflect on their language and recognize the implications of casual endearments. We must foster workplaces where everyone feels empowered to thrive based on the quality of their work, not their gender or presentation.#CompanyCulture
