CruseEleganceRadio is not working since version 171v,CruseEleganceRadio171 is the last version that is working OK on my AMD Ryzen desktop PC. Newer releases, incl. latest 199r2, crash 10 - 30 seconds after playback is started, and takes audio service or/ and audio driver (sorry, no time to troubleshoot) down; PC has to be rebooted to be able to use any audio player again.
Thank You very much, Master! Edit: no, not fixed :-( By pure accident I was using old 171 instead of the latest version of the player v171 works flawlessly tough
And another kind request, if I may... Could You add .ogg support to your players, please? This shouldn't be hard, because it is actually there already - bass libraries have full .ogg support, CruseEleganceRadio has absolutely no problems with .ogg streams playback, and even CruseBusterElegant can be tricked into .ogg audio file playback (simply rename or add .mp3 extension to any .ogg file, for example: test.ogg can't be opened in player, but if to rename (rename, NOT re-encode!) it to test.ogg.mp3 (or test.mp3), it will be played back with all the bells and whistles of CruseBuster). Thanks!

A question for OryA and the community:
When a MC1XX rx was released..what exactly has changed. The hashes of the packages leaves no information about what have changed. Are there really small changes in code without changing the file size of MC199 for example?

Let's compare the MC198 R6 and R7:
98ba19b383fad6af6214d5dfdd8dd597 *MajiorityCamisole198.exe vs. f9f33953d687d6f4d69b9d68e3bd5178 *MajiorityCamisole198.exe
The file sizes are the same.
If we compare the contents, we observe 683 differences.
For example, the first one in line 00088 looks like this - see attach.

199.7 Further enhanced speed, fuller and more penetrating.
This time, after listening for 3 hours, there was a tearing murmur (even at a small volume), which may be a state of continued training

Do you need to burn-in your cpu every time you start your OS? Or once is enough?
Does burn-in of one ES, read learn predefined patterns, affects switching to different ES?

New technologies need to be digested, and after digested, they can be maintained
Training is always good
199.7 After training, the speed increased a little, listening to Wolfenmond , the drum beat is very crisp, but still expect more violent low frequency

1.) No, you don't as long as the CPU wasn't completely isolated from power the CPU won't 'forget' instantly what's inside it's pipelines and caches.
2.) No. Prior/different MC instructions will be forgotten by the CPU in a certain period. That's why OryA recommended to completely shut down you system and isolate the CPU ( it's enoug to pull the powercord an turn on your system, wait 1-5 minutes so the capacitors can decharge ) from power before trying a new MC/ES/LE release a year ot two ago. That's the fastest way a CPU will 'forget' but not necessary to do it so.

Perfect, thank you for your investigation. So the changes in sound are not 'placebo'.

Alas, that is not sufficient to draw that conclusion. The code could have changed and also the perceived change be a placebo effect.

Due to the experience I ( and I guess the most of us ) have made with MC/LE/ES over the last yearswe can safely assume that even the smallest change in code has an effect on how your 'system' sounds.

199.8 At present, what I hear is that there is no noise, the resolution is reduced, the overall is relatively soft and lacks impact, not as bright as the previous version, listen for some time and see again

I will burn in R8. When I switch back to R7, will my cpu remember all the "training" with him?

Well...I suspect the instructions of r7 and r8 are the same only some instruction values may have changed. So you can say 'there's nothing new to learn and nothing old to forget'. I assume switching back won't take much training time.
BTW: don't worry about if your cpu 'remembers' training or not. A CPU is like a brain with Dementia and Alzheimer...as long as the input is always the same and repeating it'll remeber, if something new comes it'll forget fast and can't remember what had happend the hour before...

Always until 19:00 training results,199.8 speed has been significantly improved, which brings better timbre, stronger penetration and explosive power.
The unprecedented sense of speed, with some "uncanny Valley" effect, may be a little tense, but this is a good thing, if we continue to increase the speed significantly, the "uncanny Valley" feeling will disappear
